« We had a variety of problems during our two day visit. The shower had very little water pressure part of the time. We didn’t have a microwave until we asked for one. The bathroom light was very dim most of the time. The TV didn’t work properly half of the time. There were no plates for breakfast for several minutes. There was no orange juice the second morning. There wasn’t even a telephone in the room to call the front desk! »

I would have noticed that there have been elevators that are not functional for over four months now. That’s ridiculous! We were in room 104 on the ground floor and could hear the people above us. The breakfast was hot and okay. However, the attendant did not keep it fully stocked. « I don't understand the average review rate... My room was strongly smelling cigarette even if it is supposed to be non-smoking room and it was not that clean. At the breakfast there were no more eggs and regular coffee. The only employee I saw seemed too busy to take care of all these details. The AC was so so. I understand it's under renovations but they don't even seem to try to make up for that. On the positive side it was quiet until about 7:30 when the construction workers started. ...

« The bed was very comfortable. The room as well. Bathroom very clean and efficient. Breakfast was decent. Good coffee machines. Could have had a carton or half and half dispenser instead of just Coffee Mate. We would stay again. »

« Great place!! We stayed there going to our rocket event AND on the way home too!! The people we encountered were so very nice. Rick B the night guy and Ester the morning lady!!
